Garrett Patton

Garrett serves as a Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life, including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Garrett offers his clients a truly comprehensive planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked for an independent investment advisory firm as a Wealth Advisor.

Garrett earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Merced, where he was the Student Alumni Association Portfolio Chair.

Garrett is a lifetime tennis player and met his wife, Angela, on the tennis court in high school. They married in 2021 in Santa Barbara and reside in West Los Angeles, where they enjoy hiking and visiting local farmers’ markets.
